I understand about finder etc. I just cant understand why all dont love main story quest and think "just complete this". So just skip movie and see only last 2 mins. Interesting
Not everyone who queues into these pieces of content are doing them for the first time. I’ve done Cape Westwind, Castrum Meridianum, and Praetorium countless times on more than one character. A lot of players already know the story and the lore, so they just want to get in, fight stuff, and complete the duty.
For the cutscenes, people who have already seen them typically don’t want to watch them again unless they’re on an alt specifically to do the MSQ again. Most players have their game set to automatically skip cutscenes that they have already seen. That’s not a crime—it’s just we don’t want to watch the cutscenes we’ve seen before over and over again every time we get a duty.

Because they've done it 1000 times already.
They just want to get it over with as quick as possible.
For you it's your first time in there. But what happens on your second time? Tenth? Hundredth? You get bored of it and just use your new weapons and gear to get it over with as soon as possible.

And need ruin experiens all new players who come from another mmos?)Because they've done it 1000 times already.

How is it ruining your experience that they don’t watch/skip the cutscene for Cape Westwind? Or that you have level-capped players getting Cape Westwind, Castrum, or Praetorium in a roulette that they queued into for EXP or Tomestones? They don’t have to watch them—even if it’s their first time. There are plenty of players who don’t care about the story or lore, and that’s their prerogative. You can’t stop them from it, nor can you force them to care for it. And you can’t force the content to die any slower short of basically asking players that have synced-down gear to not attack. And what’s the point of that?
The way this game’s sync system works aside—you do realize that all of this content was nerfed back when Heavensward released (Summer 2015) to facilitate faster progression towards the new expansion, right? All of the Heavensward content was similarly nerfed when Stormblood released (Summer 2017), and all Stormblood content will be nerfed with the release of Shadowbringers (June 28, 2019).
You have options to experience the content the way you want (e.g., Party Finder). Either use them or just go on your way. I’d suggest you just go on your way, though; instead of remaining hung up on this. Your experience will only further be ruined if you let this instance dictate it—so don’t let it dictate it. Continue on, because Heavensward’s story is far better than anything in ARR; so I don’t think you want to miss that.

In heavensward too i must up 60 lvl. Get a story (good or not) and again oneshot main evil cuz many players cant be slowly? So why this game have a story if I cant see her? Why i cant inv in dung with one player (70) and complete it? I must distract everyone (7 players) for dung? I do not feel like a warrior of light when enemies fall from one blow. Ifrit - Titan - etc bosses have good tome to fight. MAIN QUEST BOSS oneshot. Gracias. Or maybe the system will pick up newbies for 50 lvls? Why get only 90000000000 lvls players lol.How is it ruining your experience that they don’t watch/skip the cutscene for Cape Westwind? And all mobs sleep on dung idk why. Has the empire died by my hand, or have they just disappeared?
Cape Westwind as always been really quick to do, but don't worry, the last boss of Heavensward really isn't as quickly done. You'll have time to enjoy it.
As many other stated, you are talking about a +5 years old content, of course it goes down fast. It'll get better afterwards.
so why not WHY NOT HEY. Just do this dung... like dung? 4 peoples etc main story. Put the loot with items for new players.Cape Westwind as always been really quick to do, but don't worry, the last boss of Heavensward really isn't as quickly done. You'll have time to enjoy it.

It's just how the Game works. You came late to the party, and now everyone has Gear that's so good that the Bosses don't stand a chance. And people get into the Dungeon because it's part of Main Scenario Roulette which does give neat rewards.
Also if you think like that the last 3.0 Boss will really disappoint you.
I'm taking Lore way too seriously. And I'm not sorry about that.
You keep asking for "normal players", but right now the Lv70 people you're grouped with are normal players.
You're at the only point in the game where this is a problem. At Lv60, the difference between your character and the max level characters (Lv70) is a lot less noticable.
Even the later Lv50 dungeons (Snowcloak and Keeper of the Lake) are more difficult than Castrum/Praetorium when played normally.
Do you mean that you want to play the dungeon with just one other player, who is at Lv70? You can do that. It's called an "undersized party" and you can set that in the Duty Finder options.
It's probably your best way of getting through Castrum/Praetorium in the way you want to experience them.
I don't know what you are talking about. Which dungeon? Who is asleep?
