I fish for hammerheads at horizon, silver bazar the sell for about 1000 a piece. ant other fish would be interesting to know, im level 70 fisher.

I would check all the fish that can be placed in fishtanks, some of them used to sell for quite a bit (even if quite slowly).

Sadly non of the current recipes require any fish, but you could look into snowcrabs and see if the aethersand you get from reducing them is still worth anything.

Other than that... bit of a drought for fishers right now, I'm afraid. Older endgame-recipes used certain fish, like snailfish, but they're most likely not worth much anymore.
One thing I could see being bought are fish that are used for leve-turn-ins - either directly for fisher or in some extend in recipes for cul and alchemist. I only recall Eel pie (uses Black Eel) right now, but maybe there are more?

ive found a new spot to catch squid. I'm catching Daio Squid at The Ruby Sea - Isle of Zekk. Not sure how much their worth but their fun to catch.
