Steps:
1. Be holding more than 999 million gil
2. Be mailed 1 million gil
3. Take gil out of mail

You will now have 999,999,999 gil -- the rest will be lost.

I was holding about 999,900,000 gill, took the million out of the mail (thinking I'd get just an error message, I wanted to see what the error would be). Instead it told me:

[6:23 p.m.]1,000,000 gil taken from message.

It put me at 999,999,999 and all the gil was gone from the mail.

I lost almost 1 million gil to this bug.

Once you confirm the bug, if someone could refund the gil lost to it, that would be great. It was lost through the coding error, not a fault of my own.
