ARR Relic / Replica Question

So I really do enjoy the Blackmage Relic of ARR and was wanting to finish it completely. However I only have the first stage completed. I can get the Replica back and according to some people on reddit the replica can be used to start the next step but the location, even with it equipped does not allow me.

So was seeing if maybe they are outdated or if I may be missing something or if anyone has an idea on this case. Even if I have to start it over....ugh....but still wouldn't mind but not having any luck.

You can't use a replica to continue the quests, as far as I know. Did you throw the weapon away or something?

If by "first stage" you just mean the "Stardust Rod" (i80, no glow), you should be able to re-purchase it from a Calamity Salvager in any of the 3 starter cities.

What I ment by Replica, from the Calamity Salvager but yeah I already figured it out.

Ah. There's an item literally called Stardust Rod Replica that is used strictly for glamour, hence my confusion. I'm glad you got it worked out!
