    What do you think SE might adjust for jobs in 5.0?

    Live letter is coming and I have a feeling they might tell us that jobs, their stats, or both will be adjusted for Shadowbringers. What do you think might change for that? For me, I hope it's tenacity for tanks, mostly because I don't feel like it does a lot as it tells us.

    I imagine the two major changes specifically to jobs at least being Dark Arts spam and general flow tweaks for Dark Knight, and messing up your rotation on MCH not directly making you mayor of dumpster fire town without even getting to collect 200 greens.

    White Mage mentioned too, perhaps something nifty done to the lilies.

    But in a large system wide change.. they're getting rid of TP so that's going to change a lot of stuff, no more need for goad and such. Paladin MP sounds like it could be a new minor challenge so I'm wondering what they'll do there, since right now you drain quite a bit and then build back up. "Sorry can't fight right now, I healed too many times" or "Can't heal you, used too many AoE spells" lol.

    I have a few hopes but I don't really "know" what SE would do, I'm generally optimistic, although a bit scared, and quite a bit excited .

    Maybe Paladin gets a gap closer- kind of hope it works different than just charge (like a large aoe draw in for trash monsters instead) but... I know that may come with it's own new features and issues. Hopefully they show off Summoner glamour egi system or something, Bahamut-Demi was pretty hype for me last time (I recall clearly in a positive and excited way the Paladin Wings, Warrior Fell Party, and Summoner Bahamut from the last expansion trailer). So on that warrior topic, now all their combos are changed to fell cleave and when you go into fell cleave rotation you go into fellception, cleave within a cleave .

    Increase Fell Cleave potency from 520 to 1,520. Warrior's interrupt should be a head butt (Heihachi Mishima style) and please give us a better class story.

    Probably a pipe dream, but it'd be nice if we consolidated all the main stats into one (Power). Then gear could be distributed by visual design rather than pigeonholing jobs into gear categories by main stat (GNB in leather sets rather than the many sets of plate, for example).

    Dark knights get Darker Arts, which is like Dark Arts but can only be used after it, so they get to triple-weave everything now.

    Paladins get a pat on the head.

    Considering that BRD is actually waaaayyyy more popular than MCH, and that on top of that everyone is gonna want to try DNC when it is out, i am expecting very big changes about MCH. Otherwise this job will be even more rarer and dead than before, which would be contradictory when you claim to try to balance things evenly.
