    Game keeps giving me a suspicious activity warning and locks me out of my account....

    I'm not sure if its because I play on pc & ps4 but this keeps happening whenever I buy expansions. Before this last time it occurred when i got Stormblood on my ps4 since my laptop died (was my only access to stormblood at the time). When it arrived I immediately went to update my ps4 acces and got locked out the moment i tried to log in due to "suspicious activity". This just recently happened mid o11s a few moments after I preordered Shadowbringers. These lockouts are gettimg tiresome especially since the first time it took nearly a month to correct and really not looking forward expansions if this continues. I'm tired of getting these weird bogus reports when I'm making purchases for my account.

    Unfortunately the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forum. In order get the proper support, you will need to contact the North American Support Center.
