My pre order bonus code wont work

Not sure how steam works for this, but I know on PC you have two steps to do for the bonus stuff. you have to go to a redemption website and login, then pop in the pre order bonus code and then you will get an 18 digit code for mog station. As pointed out before, check your email or if you ordered it through SE you can login, view your orders, and you will 2 sets of codes for Shadowbringers. One for Shadowbringers itself and the other is for the Pre-Order Bonus Items. Click on the view key for Pre-Bonus Items and then click on view instructions. IN the middle there is a link you have to go to to enter that initial code to get the 18 digit code which you will take to the mog station to redeem your earrings and stuff.

So to respond to everyones questions ( Thank you for all of them btw )

The game gives 2 CD keys (Codes) when you look, only one of them is called "FINAL FANTASY XIV: Shadowbringers- Pre-Purchase Bonus Content" That is the code im trying to use, it is in the same 20 digit format begining with RF4A like the mog station says it should

I am trying to enter it through mog station in the "Enter Pre-order Bonus Code (Early Access Code)" Section of the "My Account" Page on Mog Station.

I have contacted the support team but they seemed to miss understand what i was saying, i have sent another, more clear email.

I did hear that you have to put the code into a seperate website first, i'v been onto that website but the Code format it asks for is that of a code I don't possess, however, I tried to use my code in it and again it was invalid.
