Yet to Receive Account Wide Mount and Minion

Alright, I had a good run, but it looks like I have been hit by this as well. I bought Minfilia's attire or whatever for the hair, and I have yet to receive it. Been about 20 minutes so far, I am worried!

If you buy from the mogstation it's a game of chance that you actually receive the items you pay for!

Took an hour, but I finally got it! Maybe I was just overreacting, but that is the longest it has literally ever taken for me to receive my items from the Mogstation.

I am having a similar problem. Some of My alts got the SDS Fenrir mount, but other have not, and I have cleared out my old mail, still nothing. I even sent in a bug report, haven't heard anything.

I’m glad I’m not the only one having this issue—I was gifted the Fatter Cat as a birthday present but it’s yet to arrive. I know account-wide things generally take longer, and it’s only been 12 hours...so I’ll try to wait a little bit longer before I send in a ticket. I guess the cash shop is having a lot of traffic at the moment, with the addition of the FFX attire.
