Yet to Receive Account Wide Mount and Minion

Same thing here.
Got gifted a Fatter Cat code on the 14 May , 10 PM.
It's now 16 May 3 AM and still no mount.

I contacted a GM through Harassment report and they replied it's due to technical difficulties, account wide items are having issues.

Been 24 hours now and got a reply from a GM asking for my info but i gave them that same info and they said they see i bought the mount its like they are running me around in circles at this point...

Same issue here. Not getting account wide mount from mogstation =/ Sent in a support ticket and no response...

I just received the SDS Fenrir when i got out of Frontline.

I gotta say it's kinda funny that the hidden text in the Mount Guide reads:

"Misfortune is no excuse for failing a delivery!"

As if they knew this could someday happen

The wait times from station even on single character sends is remedial.
Play any other MMO, even cheap knock offs and any in game item you buy from a web to in game format takes less then a minute to get to you.....

Their code for this is all too similar to POL from xi.

It's not just account-wide purchases. I bought the Yuna outfit on Tuesday and it took several hours to arrive. It caught me completely off guard because usually stuff gets delivered in a couple of minutes.

Whatever is happening, I hope they sort it out before ShB. It's guaranteed that Fantasias will be flying off the shelves and we don't need MogStation (Extreme) on top of all the usual launch day woes.

I have bought a Fantasia a few days ago (back to Au Ra), and I bought a character outfit I received both. Though, I will admit it did take a bit longer than I was used to, not an hour long, but a few minutes. I thought I had somehow sent my stuff to the wrong character accidentally or something, before I got the mail. I was thinking about pre-ordering ShB this month instead of next month, so I can actually make use of the 30% earring thing, hopefully if I do I receive that stuff. I didn't read the majority of this thread, so I don't know if people are having issues with those items.

i premade a character for fantasia on malboro yesterday and it didn't get sliepnir. they did fix the issue on the 2 i mentioned earlier, though. I have no plans to test it further after this. i have too many alts already...
