Yet to Receive Account Wide Mount and Minion

Same problem for me.

Bought a Fantasia and the Fenrir Mount bug only got the Fantasia in an instant.

Still waiting for the Mount. It has been almost 24 hours now.

Something here seems just wrong. Never had this problem with any items in the past. Also bought the fatter cat mount but got that one instantly (when it was released).

Also pressing that button does nothing. Mailbox is empty.

I don't know how to be patient. lol. Its an in-game item, it should just be sent to us in a matter of seconds, not hours/potential days.

The thing is, you all purchased something when fancy new stuff hit the shop and thus it had been significantly slower with the delivery.

I bought my Fatter Cat when it was shiny and new, took 37 hours. Just wait a little longer.

Also, the delayed delivery is only for Account-wide items, as they even when traffic is low tend to take an hour for delivery while Character-bound items work almost instantly.

I also purchased one of the fancy new items and it came right away lol. But like you said, account-wide takes longer. Thank you for the info, considering I looked everywhere else without any decent results lol.

same thing for me been at least 15 hours sent in a ticket and they told me the contact a GM so i did waited for 3 hours nothing not a single reply not even a we're handling other situation at the moments please hold. i mean come on this is a great game but why is the service so shit?

i have 2 new alts that haven't received Sleipnir...possibly other stuff too. i got 20. hit the recieve button after clearing them out, then did 12 more hit the button and nada. been a couple days
