Yet to Receive Account Wide Mount and Minion

I just created a new character before the new patch started on the 13 of May 2019 on Tonberry. I received 20 account wide items in my mail except the other 2 account wide items which are the Tifa minion and the mount SDS Fenrir.

Now it's 15 May 2019 and I still yet to receive this 2 items after I did what was recommended if such thing happen. I check on another character that I did not play for a long time on the same server and I found the same two items not receive. Was there a problem after the new patch that fail to recognize account wide items?

I bought the two mention items when it first appeared on the mogstation. I just started to play FF IV after a lengthy rest and can't wait for the next expansion and the new race coming to game. I hope Tech Support can help as this will dent my enjoyment in creating the new race and playing the game if the issue persists.

Did you delete the old letters? Because I'd guess your inboc is simply full.

Did you try the 'Request Items' button?

Yes I did them, nothing. I recently just bought The Bomb Dance thinking that it will prompt the two items. I received the Dance but no Tifa Minion and SDS Fenrir in the mail box.

If you deleted the special item letters (it's not enough to just remove the items) then it's just a waiting game I'm afraid. I've created alts before, got their initial 20 letters (and deleted them) then nothing... login next day and 20 more arrive.

Usually using the "Request delivery" button works, but sometimes it just seems to take a while so I wouldn't worry. With the new items just added to the Mogstation (Yuna/Tidus outfits) it may be they are contributing to the slowdown as it's delivering more of those right now (but then it might not). If you haven't had them by the weekend then start panicking

Having the same problem with the SDS Fenrir mount bought it last night and its been over 10 hours and still no mount in my inbox also did everything that has been suggested.....

account wide items always take long time to get to you. make sure your moogle mail is completely empty. delete old messages after you claim the items. from all sections of the moogle mail box. hit the request reward delivery button.

Did all that my mail box is empty this is ridiculous how its taking this long to get an item we paid for....im going on around 11 hours now with no item in sight i also even put in a ticket to the GM and got some copy and paste message back and i even sent TWO more messages about where my item is...

Vonleo, I'm having a similar issue. I purchased the Fatter Cat mount over 17hrs ago, and have yet to receive it.

I'm also waiting on a Fatter Cat mount that was purchased 24 hours ago now. I have a clear inbox and I've been hitting the button like mad, lol. I'm guessing I just have to be more patient?
