    Unable to download patch or log in to Lodestone

    Platform: PC

    When attempting to download the patch today, one of two things happens:

    First, the download goes a short way in, stops, then gives the following message
    "The server is not responding.
    For assistance with this issue, please visit the SQUARE ENIX Support Center.
    https://sqex.to/x4w
    [30413][10009][10019]"

    Second, the download never commences and the following message displays:
    "Unable to complete version check.
    [30410][30607][10009][1019]"

    Attempting to log in to Lodestone to report this issue to support results in one of three things happening:

    First, the page times out when attempting to authenticate my token code.
    Second, a site error page is displayed with a link to the main SE site.
    Third, a select character screen appears claiming no characters are linked to my service account and prompts me to log out.

    To resolve this issue I flushed my DNS, refreshed my IP, rebooted my modem and router, and attempted access with a VPN active. Nothing has fixed the issue, as it seems highly specific to the XIV game servers and the Lodestone site only. Everything else works perfectly fine.
