Sounds awesome . I've added it to the OP as an example of the community feature concepts.

If I get to making the FC zone concept I've vaguely referenced sometimes I might call some areas park or do something around that idea in inspiration of what you were describing here, I like that. I owe Penthea an appartment/instanced housing thread first though lol.
