How long have you been having this issue? Were any changes or updates made to the PC? Also could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Based on the error message, it looks like you are running into some audio-related issues. Specifically, the error message lists drivers for SSAudio (which I found in your system report). Make sure this program is updated completely and any devices using it have the most up-to-date drivers. Additionally, your graphics card drivers look to be out of date as well. You may wan to update those as well.

You may also want to try a clean boot. For Windows 7, click Start, type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box, and then press Enter to start the System Configuration utility. On the General tab, click the Selective startup option, and then click to clear the Load startup items check box. On the Services tab, click to select the Hide all Microsoft services check box, and then click Disable all.
