Disciple of Hand leve question

Yeah, all the leves have that issue. Although, if you grab the leves that have a picture of a Roegadyn banging on an anvil, that's a different leve type where you talk to an NPC first to get materials. Outside of ONE leve for each craft, which takes you to the camp just outside town, they have you talk to NPCs in town.

This is why I free grind. Saves anima, the pain of tootling around and leaves me on the streets of Ul'dah where I can see shouts for events.
