Unable to launch ff 14 updater

just came home from work, wanted to play some game but i am having the exact same problems. BUT thanks to mint-ribbon, i was able to the my game updated and good to go!

just go to the programs boot folder, and select ffxivboot64. hopefully it will work for everyone else as well. Thank you mint-ribbon! i can get back to my addiction lol.

I found one fix, and I hope that this helps some of you.

I'm accessing from PC(Windows 10) and I play through Steam.
Instead of launching through Steam, I launched from the Steam folder (C: > Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > FINAL FANTASY XIV Online > boot)...
ffxivboot.exe does not work and produces the same problem as if I were launching through Steam. However, ffxivboot64.exe worked perfectly for me.

- Frequency at which error occurs 3-4 times before it actually works
- Everything you have tried to resolve the issue I just keep trying to log on and it eventually works. It shuts itself down with an error until it works.

Every time I try to open the launcher now on Steam, the game gives me an error [11035]. I can't even get to the patcher anymore.
