My third character (Rokku) finally got his Seiryu EX and Nine Tails mounts after waiting for 3-4 months sitting on those 99 totems (my other two being Ekkusu and Mikeru, already have them since February 2019).
Yeah, I was being sarcastic. I wasn't really expecting much from these patch notes this late into the expansion (before the next one). I still find it funny how short it is.
