Midlander? What kind of tall midlander?

Fran is about a head shorter than a max height femroe.

and I don't usually see midlanders that tall.

Edit: That is because even max height midlanders still come below a femroes shoulders, Fran is a bit taller. She's about the height of a min height Elezen woman.
