Buying Houses is broken

This is another post in hopes that someone is actually reading these that has some pull.
Having people sit by a placard for half a day at a time just clicking hoping that they will be able to buy a plot of land is beyond ridiculous.

I wonder if SE assumed people would just come and go and the lucky person who came at the right time got the plot. In trying to prevent house flipping, they created a horde of zombies who had no choice but to turn their MMO into a mindless clicker mini game.

They should implement a lottery system. That could prevent house flipping while also not giving an advantage to click bots/making people camp for hours on end.

All a lottery does is change how the RNG works. It does nothing to solve the core problem.

Maybe instead of RNG, list the house after 30 days of plot reclamation. So if player pays someone to relinquish their land, they would have to wait a full month until it comes up making it much hard to buy that plot. Plus they shouldn't show the house available for purchase until it's really ready for purchase.

Also give the option for players to sell back their house to SE at purchase price.

Really there is no easy solution with the current system. ANYTHING you do with the current system as is. A lottery, highest bidder wins, make it available the moment the plot becomes empty, add extra wards, anything you do with the current system will result in the same issues now for the sole purpose that housing is a finite system, while the amount of players on that server could in theory be infinite (Though the login times would probably want some to transfer.)

Instanced would ideally be the 'best' answer, though I don't know how much the developers would want this, especially considering how much effort they put fourth with the current system.
Plus, what of the current system? Do we just add the instanced housing and leave these houses as is? Do we make these houses FC only? Instanced housing FC only? Do we just have both systems and leave this a sloppy mess?

They're selling 24 houses as a packaged deal....
How is this fair to anyone that one person can manipulate the system this horribly? I've been playing 3 years and my fc still has no housing. This is just really upsetting and I wish square would at least look into this, because people like this are the reason the rest of us can't have housing....
