Would you rather have had Male Viera or Hrothgar?

Look at the % of people who may male miqo'te or elezen vs those who play roegadyn and you'll have a better picture of what people would prefer.

I'd personally have played male viera.

On which I'd "want" though. I'd want the one more people would actively play. Right now I'm convinced that Hrothgar would definitely have a much less active playerbase than male Viera would based on the play numbers for Male Miqote, Roe, Male Au Ra, Elezen etc. But we'll never really know for sure.

I hope Im wrong and Hrothgar have a very active playerbase, they look very cool.

personally would have chose Male viera
but i would have rather Hrothgar for the extra variety because the game did need a beastly race for males AND females

I don't like pitting one against the other, but if forced to choose then, yes, male Viera.

Neither. I would've preferred the effort that went into making them had been spent on adding more depth to existing races.

Hrothgar. I'd personally have preferred Viera not even being in the game, but that's because IMO they're just another Miqote, a human (elezen in this case) race with animal ears and tail, nothing really bestial about them.

I didn't want a beastly race, they could be huge and fierce without having an animal head. I preferred the 2/3 human paradigm.

I admit though that in the end they grew on me, I'm curious and hyped about male Hrothgar more than female Viera.

I think male Viera would've been more to my liking, they could've made them manly, fierce and aggressive if they wanted that. It would've been such a big thing being the first FF showing male Viera and making them attractive and interesting while you can see by what we have already that they would've been the more popular race over Hrothgars.

tl;dr: Yes, I'd had male Viera over male Hrothgar and I think they would've been more popular but I like Hrothgar too now.
