please let me salvage all the trash items i don't need anymore,

what is the reason that i can only throw it away, i can't donate it to the GC, i cant sell it to vendors, nothing.
This is mostly 640 ilvl armor, Zeromus weapons ect...

Why do you always force us to keep this trash in our inventory for MONTHS before we can get rid of it.
Let me decide if i want to keep it or not.

On the other hand, i think i accidentally donated my ultimate Bahamut weapon to the GC, if anything, lock those instead of gear that is easy to replace.

Also why can't i trade my 100 Totems for the Mounts, why do i have to wait half a year before i can trade them?

Presumably to lower the incentive for players to roll for loot they don't actually need so those who do need it for gearing up have a better chance. And possibly prevent players from accidentally turning in current gear (which depending on the item/ time frame can mean up to two more weeks of grinding to replace.)

It's not an ideal solution (desynth is still a thing regardless, as is people simply hoarding loot just because) but I always assumed that was the main reason.

Yes this has been an joke since they added em... Some will do the fight till they have the mount, be it 40 or 400x... some - like me - will just give up and stop at 100 kills. Others will just burn out and get sour over it...

I feel the totems should only be used to get its drop and the weapons - tie the mount to an 100 kills achievement!



Though i do not mind keeping old ex trial weapons, its nice to recycle em and get some drops. Thats why we cant do that right away, as ppl would need/greed all the weapons just to tear em apart while new players still would actually need em.

I have all Zermous weapons, not being able to salvage them and get some more is just another reason to not run this boss anymore.
