so let me ask you a question, do you think uploading logs to a website without players ok is something SE should not action?

I would not get in trouble as I never said I'm uploading logs, all I said is that if someone is breaking the ToS they will likely post the logs somewhere else. Unless whoever is uploading them admits it in chat... SE takes no evidence coming from that log site.

Also for what it's worth, I have full freedom to copy the entirety of my battle log into excel, add the numbers and post the results somewhere else, nothing in the game forbids me from doing that.
