This strikes me as someone doing something malicious to you. I’m sorry but this is ridiculous and shouldn’t be happening.

It has to be a GM. In which case, the OP would have grounds to appeal to superiors about any sorts of punishment. At least on the grounds of inappropriate action taken. It’s unlikely that this is a third-party.
