Going on 2 hours of radio silence after logging in to find my character in GM jail

Is this normal? My anxiety is sinking its fangs into me after two hours with no context or explanation as to why I'm here, and I can't think of a reason myself. I've submitted a ticket and even tried leaving feedback, but I've yet to hear anything.

It's absolutely horrible. I feel like i was thrown in here and forgotten about, and I'm scared to even look away because what if the GM shows up while I'm not here and i'm not there to catch it and I have to wait even longer?

This can't be how the system is supposed to work, right? I thought it was meant to be a place gm's pull people in for a quick chat, not a dungeon you get locked in for hours while you try to figure out what you did wrong.

The same thing happened to me- I was pulled into GM jail, about 15 minutes or so too- it wasnt until I responded with something along the lines of "i understand/acknowledge" even though I had asked what it was I had been reported for? and the only ticket I ever got was about how I violated SE's ToS for harassment-- the only thing that had come to mind was an event weeks prior towards a healer/tank couple- I had given a suggestion on what they were doing, I was cordial-and they immediately turned on me, so I turned on them.
But I had to wait for almost 15 minutes after the GM disappeared. I don't know what that was about.

This is why I'm only selling hello and good bye during dungeons, of being lewd in alliance. Almost blew it during some savage prog. Was frustrated with the consistent trap parties and nearly went off. Calmed down in the middle of typing something horrible out and just wished then all the best of luck instead.
