Tank Stance in 4 man dungeons

I think it would be an excellent idea to enable automatically tank stance in all four man dungeons and not allow the ability for the tank to remove it. I see a common problem amongst many low geared tanks dropping stance to go into DPS and then they take a critical hit or a tank buster which then One-Shots them and of course then there is tension between the Healer and the tank. I've also seen tanks not put on any stance rush ahead and die then rage. I personally think this would eliminate a lot of the problems we have in the dungeons.
