If you want to be a Viera, just roll a Viera.

There aren't any headpieces that uses the same model as one used by one of the playable races. While there's several horn headpieces, they don't use the same horns as Au Ra. There's fox and wolf ears (both not used by any of the playable races). There's the GS bunny ears that definitely don't look the same as Viera ears.

And if you're that impatient about being a male Viera, roll a female one and set the bust size to 0, pick some options that makes it so your character looks closer to a male, and pretend that you're playing a male Viera. Works for plenty of people on Balmung.
