Eureka Hydotos Bug - Still Unresolved.

Steps:
1. Was in a party doing sprite island leveling. I hit level 60 and the red quest opened up near by sprite island. I got the quest.
2. Went to the lvl 57 item location. Picked up the item. Went back to NPC for dialog at same return spot near the sprite island.
3. A fate popped and I went to that (skipped cutscene) after I came back I noticed that the next part of the quest was missing. Their should be an npc that directs to a portal for the next part of the quests. It is fully missing (the npc)
4. There is a accepted bug report placed in the lodestone with same issue from april 2. No blue, red or open npc's open at the moment, just stuck. No way to get mount or into baldesion. TY again.
