BLU Crossbar Switching

I was playing PVP a while ago to get the hairstyles and when you enter the Wolve's Den or PVP areas your crossbar/hotbar automatically switch to a PVP bar with it's own unique abilities.

I was wondering if we could get something like this for BLU when queued into instances via the Duty Finder without a premade party. This could be a set of spells you may or may not have learned but can use for the instance. This way BLUs would have access to Roulettes and maybe easier spell acquisition since they wouldn't need to make a PF to try and get them.

This has been many peoples idea of the duty set for BLU, and seems to be the easiest way to keep both sides happy.
The only counter i see to this is resources, because then youd essentially be making 2 jobs, limited and dungeon BLU, but i think its worth the effort, especially because the6re making all the animations and spells anyway, so the effort would go into making sure numbers are balanced and rotation is more interesting (foundation is there, just needs more single target abilities for use in the filler.
