Live Letter is May 23rd. How do we get Yoshida to answer our question(s)?

I have a question about the state of crafting, and I’m sure everyone else has questions about other things. So I was wondering, how do we submit questions for the live letter? Or are they chosen at random?

I'm fairly certain that there's no Q+A for this Live Letter, the focus is solely on the battle system changes and other miscellaneous announcements like merchandise and things.

It's not a usual Live Letter with Questions, it's a special one solely focussing on the Battle System and the changes to it. No answering of player questions there.

i have a question on using the achievement/salvager method they used for garo to allow dyable AF3 and future dyable AF gear to be repurchaseable and therefore people wouldnt need to clog up their inventories with it

but to answer your question id imagine theyll have a Q/A thread in the events section if they do that
