    They will continue to dish out the same excuse no matter what console releases. It just doesn’t seem to be something they are interested in doing.

    Even after the PS5 comes out, they'll still support the PS4. FFXI didn't drop PS2 support completely till 2016, and XIV only recently dropped PS3 support. Due to game needing to be able to be run on PS4 and low end PC, I doubt we'll get any significant graphic improvements, most likely some minor lighting, shading and vfx upgrades.
