Constant Disconnects in Leap of Faith

Almost every time I do the leap of faith event it disconnects me. Can please do something so there is not so many in one small place. Pretty sure that's cause of my disconnects in it. So far it is only event I have disconnected from constantly at gold saucer. Used wired internet on a pc.

I apologize for the delay in our response to your concern. Do you only experience disconnection when in Leap of Faith? Do you get disconnected anywhere else in game ? What have you tried to alleviate the problem?

Have same problem with Leap of Faith only when entering in gate disconect with this error and impossible enter on this character before gate ends. After trying enter same error with disconect -

Generally because some files of this location were apparently damaged, then the reinstallation of the game helped. In general, it is strange that for so long the existence of the developers have not made the ability to check the integrity of files. Not everyone has a good internet connection to download 35 gigabytes.
