New Cross Promo event idea-Pokemon!![Opinion thread]

While preparing for the new Detective Pikachu movie, I just thought of a nice, though highly unlikely event. But would be a great event for FFXIV and that is a Pokemon: Gotta Catch them all event. Much like how the Yokai Watch was handled.

I would love to see us get nice little minions of various pokemon like Eevee, Pikachu & Squirtle. As well mounts like Charizard and Gyarados.

If they ever manage to do a Pokemon event in Eorzea, what mounts/minions would you want to see?

...I think that would actually look horrifying. Though a "Pokeball" mount would be nice, I think.

Ground -- Calls out Venusaur.
Flying -- Calls out Charizard.
Swimming -- Calls out Blastoise.

As for Minions, some of the cuter 'mons of each gen would be nice.

Gen 1 - Pikachu, Eevee, Clefairy, Vulpix, and Growlithe
Gen 2 - Hoot Hoot, Togepi, Chikorita, Cyndiquil, and Totodile.
Gen 3 - Torchic, Treecko, Mudkip, Spinda, Poochyena and Ralts.
Gen 4 - Shinx, Bidoof, Pachirisu Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup.
Gen 5 - Snivy, Oshawott, Tepig, Darumakka, and Victini
Gen 6 - Chespin, Fennekin, Froakie, Litleo, and Flabebe
Gen 7 - Popplio, Rowlet, Litten, Oricorio, and Rockruff

I would love it if Nintendo/GameFreak made a Pokemon MMO based on Final Fantasy XIV, it's been my dream for several years to be able to battle trainers around the world in a cool RPG game like this one, I'm sure Nintendo would make tons of money so it's in their best interests!...
