    I finished 5 separate command missions
    and ! appeared above the sergeants head
    I accepted the flagged mission "Sapper Strike"
    I waited for the quest to complete
    It successfully completed
    I was not given a cutscene
    I was not awarded captain rank
    The ! was still above his head and the quest was still there
    I reluctantly reaccepted the flagged mission "sapper strike" at approx 5/7/19 8pm pst
