Game crash on menu

Hi , hope yall doing well.

I used to play for years then took a break ( beta tester i came back recently .
I got a laptop which i downloaded the game on.
When i wanted to run (dx11 and dx9) it goes in on the main menu where u press start the game crashes with error popups showing a list of DLL names.

''An unexptected error has accurred .Exiting Final Fantasy xiv.''

Now i updated my GPU ,windows , well basically everything i could.
spent 8 hours trying to get this to work without success...
Please guide me in what i must do.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

According to your System Report (as well as some of the errors you are getting like igc64.dll), it looks like you are running the game on Intel Integrated Graphics. These aren't officially supported for the game, meaning there is no guarantee that it will work properly. Does this PC have a dedicated graphics card that isn't being shown?

Hi , Only having the intel hd 520 , i ran the stormblood benchmark program . Scored me Standard on high settings , which tells me the gpu and rest of the laptop is fine it.

Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Please make sure the graphics drivers are updated. On the system report, it shows the last update was on December 12,2018. Please also try doing a cleanboot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.
