    Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    When did this start happening? Do you recall anything updating/changing on your PC that coincides with this?

    Does this PC have a dedicated graphics card? The System Report only listed Intel Integrated Graphics. If this is the case, it may be the cause of the issue. Integrated graphics aren't officially support unfortunately. It doesn't prevent you from playing the game, but you can run into issues like this.

    Ah, then that has to be the issue, this is a new laptop. Guess I'll have to start saving for a better one or upgrade the graphics card.
