Worried about but hopeful
new skills for BRD, I really doubt they'll make any huge changes to the class but we'll see. Also worried about the battle system changes they are talking about later on this month

Yeah. I do dread that somebody over at SE might try to make BRD and MCH into a platformer again. Like... if I want to play BLM I will play BLM, which I am actually leveling right now...

My Elezen character sat out all of Heavensward because BRD was ruined in that expac... and I didn't really even log into her until Stormbringer hit and the job was playable again.

MSQ (I hope's a real trip like SB), new areas and Reconstruction of Ishgard (I'll like a lot a new grand company with Ishgard, but I don't think SE will do it).

More story? New areas to explore? New jobs? Battle system changes? New music? New dungeons/raids/trials?

I love story first and foremost but I’m excited for a lot of things in the expansion! I really can’t wait for the live letter this month to learn more, how about you all? What are you excited for?

monk maybe getting some actual real moves and play different. or at least gl4. better animations and no more ugly twin snake, snap punch, or ilm punch. like wth is that...are we posing? twin snakes looks like we are trying to grab someone's chest. sexual harassment monk >.>

The trust system! I can finally play (almost) completely solo. The way mmos are meant to be played! Finally feels like a legit rpg running around with the scions instead of them just sitting at the rising stones as i nod and do all the work.

For the rest of it I am cautious. They haven't been to inventive before and I doubt they will be this time around. Its likely going to be the same content cycle so unless they really up the ante on quality of that content and give us something a little bit different, this may be my last expansion. Just can't stand doing the same thing with a different skin each and every time again.
