Hi SamSmoot, I took a quick look into your profile. You only have a level 22 Weaver and a level 50 CUL. That's definitely not recommended. In FFXIV, cross class skills = OP. The more cross class skills you have, the more powerful you are. The "ALL-15 Rule": even if you're not interested in any other crafting classes, you should still acquire level 15 for all 8 classes, as each one will give you a very strong cross class skill at level 15. Furthermore, it only takes about 10 minutes' work to get 1 class to level 15 (using resting bonus, FC buff and food to gain extra EXP) (and all the mats are cheaply available from FC house vendor or city vendors). But it will make your path of leveling from lvl 15-50 a hundred times easier. In fact, a good number of these skills are STILL being used for level 70s. You can see how important they are.

However, even without any cross class skills, CUL is still the one class that is the most capable of being a "single crafting class". So my guess is that you may not be utilizing your basic crafting skills correctly, especially using Inner Quiet and Hasty Touch to build up IQ stacks for a finisher phase using a buffed Advanced Touch. Keep in mind that you should not be using Master's Mend for a 70 or 80 durab item, as it is the least CP-efficient skill of all in your arsenal.

All in all, I don't think you have been doing it correctly... which would have made it extremely difficult and not as fun. It would help us to help you troubleshoot if you can let us know what actions and rotation you have been using. We can then guide you back to the right direction.
