Expand Free Company Crest and allow it for personal use

Yesterday, I went to see the free company of my guild to remove one crest from my gear, and noticed the crest (or emblem).

I didn't remember this feature because it's limited in its use, I mean, it's only accessible for high rank (or creators, don't know) of guild.

Since 2013, I didn't use it, forgot it, and still today can't use it.

So my question is : Can the Free Company Crest be allowed for personal use ?
The crest will be show on the personal informations of the player.
Otherwise, at the very least, implement it for the Squadron.

Bonus : SE could expand the Free Company Crest feature, and put them as rewards in various contents
We can imagine future crests inspired from primals, raids, dungeons, areas, cities, people, beast tribe, etc.
