An unexpected error has occurred. Unable to play at all.

For the last week I am seeing the following error anytime the game loads - this happens any time I am loaded into the world. I cannot currently play the game at all after resubbing. It was working perfectly only two weeks ago.

Error:

The errors at the top do change but 'KERNEL32.DLL' and 'ntdll.dll + 73691' are always present.

Things I've Tried

• Turn firewall and AV off
• updated drivers
• updated windows
• run the program as admin
• run program in compatibility mode
• clean boot
• disabled all overlays
• change resolution in settings
• change graphic options - normally play at max but have tried the lowest
• attempted to run in both dx11 and dx9
• completely reinstalled FFXIV - twice

None of these has had any impact on the error.

When did this start happening? Do you recall anything changing/updating on your PC that coincides with this?

Your graphics card drivers look a bit out of date. You mentioned that you updated them, was this after you made the System report?
