Brother cant login to Lodestone Forums

Details:My brother Jinrya-Geki can't log in into the lodestone forums. Receives the message "You have been forced to be logged off, please be logged back in"
Steps:
1. Tried to log into lodestone forums
2. receive message saying forced to log off please be logged back in.

Was his account recently reactivated? This same thing happened to me for ~24 hours following my reactivation. I had only been deactivated for less than a day due to forgetting to update my payment information.

The best advice I can give is to wait it out, unless it's been going on for a longer than a couple days.

As previously announced, you must be logging in with the SQUARE ENIX Account that possessive an active FINAL FANTASY XIV Character Option in order to have access to the Official FINAL FANTASY XIV Forums. It may take some time for the associated servers to update after a reactivation, so the ability to log into the Official FINAL FANTASY XIV Forum may be delayed.

If you are still experiencing problems at this point, the best advice we can give is to ensure that there are properly active FINAL FANTASY XIV Character Options on the SQUARE ENIX Account in question. This can be reviewed through the SQUARE ENIX Account Management System.
