They still needs to standby post patch to ensure there isnt any critical bug.

Usually, someone has it up on Mega download within 2 hrs ( usually after they are done Downloading it)

Guess it will be filebox or rapidshare now, oh well as long as it's somewhere I can get it I don't mind, when I first installed XIV I didn't know I could manually patch, didn't take long for me to start googling when I had 2Kb/s down speeds.
