    If that so do each patch have something related to main story? Because I dont want to miss a single main story. I really loving it.

    you can ignore the Patch information. The MSQ icon for quests will take you through them all. Just keep doing them and you will be doing the patches.

    A patch is basically when they add and/or change something to the game. You do not need to know in which patch something was added. Once the game has been patched the new content is just there in the game.

    So, just keep playing like you have and don't worry about there being something called patches.
