    So it's confirmed that Aspect Mastery allows you to use a spell of the opposite element for no MP (providing you had full Astral Fire or Umbral Ice stacks beforehand). Could this not put Despair possibly closer first (after Umbral III) in your rotation as it also gives Astral III thus you follow up with your Fire IVs and what not (no Fire I needed).

    B3, B4,Despair, F4, F4, F4, Despair, Foul, Xenoglossy,
    That's just an example, I know I missed Thunder out but hopefully you get the idea of what I was suggesting could happen with Despair.

    Would need to test.

    Despair being free still removes Umbral Hearts, and would throw out at 50% potency. It being free might be possible but I doubt it. I remember there being a specific call out where Flare and Despair ignore that transition.

    Also we don't need to use foul to use Xenoglossy.
