[Need guidance]Na -> Eu server change, where to go?

Good evening,
as a player currently on a NA server (Gilgamesh) and who moved physically to Europe last month, I am now thinking about moving my character on an EU server (I like raiding, and won't be able to do this staying on a NA server). The question is which one... Language is not a real issue (I am fluent in English and French, and can understand German) and I have several friends on the Ragnarok, Louisoix and Lich servers. What would maybe make the difference is a server where some houses are still available, and also where a strong Hunt community exists (I am hunting a lot, including spawning S ranks). I will consider any advice.

Go to Louisouix or Omega you will have plenty plots for sale and some at 1.688.000 gil in both Goblet no joke, Louisouix has around 600 plots for sale (16 in Shirogame) and Omega 200.
Before you ask no the servers aren't empty the players do more raiding, savage, eureka, dungeon they can care less about housing.
To not mention Omega and Louisouix have the best market prices everyone buy there and stay in line to return to their home worlds.
