    Question for new jobs level.

Those new jobs start at the same level as their base jobs or level 1?

Someone people are confused that if your base job is R50, your new job will be R50 as well when you unlock it.

think of the jobs as an equip for your class

they basicaly turn your class into a job instead

When a GLA becomes a PLD, its like a badge of honor, with perks.
can equip most of the same stuff, but you get new abilities.

The level you are as GLA will not change when you become PLD. ex: 35GLA ---->35PLD
The experience you gained as PLD is automatically part of GLA experience earned.

Translation: unified- same level if core class or job, even if either changes.
