They don't bother me, nor do I specifically visit the housing forums. I mainly browse the new posts section.
I do find it amusing that you're completely fine with making it harder for community managers to gather feedback, though.

No one needs to play the game either yet here we are.
Right?? What would be the point of having an FC if you’re not using it for its full perpose? If I wanted something Strickland to just talk to people in, I’d make a Linkshell instead of spending gil to make an FC.
take a nap and keep trying or just join an already established FC. we really dont need a new thread about this every day and a half. people wanted the timer because "boohoo people are reselling houses." too late to go back now.

Might have something to look forward to with Ishgard's reconstruction, but that'll be a while from now (since it's 5.x content).
Maybe they can upgrade their current system into a lottery that includes relocation systems too so no one is standing at the sign like they are now (you either got it or you didn't and everyone in the lottery had fair chance). I'm sure there are some ways to abuse the lottery, like creating a bunch of alts to increase chance you get the house but it certainly makes trading more dangerous than it is now and puts new buyers on a fair footing. Putting new buyers on equal ground will help a lot I think. It's not perfect but I think it can be better than people being soul crushed after investing hours doing something so boring like they do now (pounding away at the sign hoping to get in).
