If you have no issues on a second computer, then the issue stems from something localized on your main computer. Unfortunately, that doesn't narrow it down too much. As such, there are a few things I'd like to suggest:

1) If you have more than one hard drive, try moving the install folder (or reinstalling) onto another drive.

2) Try making an exception on your anti-virus for the install folder and the FFXIV folder in 'My Documents'.

3) Disable any overlays you have, such as Nvidia Geforce Experience. (I mentioned this in the last post, but I'm not sure you responded to that)

4) Try setting the game's compatibility to Windows 7. Right-click on the ffxivboot.exe file and select ‘Properties.’ Then select the ‘Compatibility’ tab and choose Windows 7.
