What if players could create dungeons in-game?

Could be funny, actually. Just leave out Aurum Vale hazards and mechanics and I'm peachy.

The first thing that came to mind was trying to re-create 1.0's version of The Aurum Vale.

I would make one huge maze with random monsters at dead ends and have traps in it. Maybe have few pit traps in it.

I will be completely honest I did not read your entire thread you had me at the title. I completely and wholeheartedly agree that would be an awesome thing to do it would definitely create player and fan interest and probably flood new life into our servers. Personally I believe if they could pull that off FFXIV would no longer be the number 2 MMORPG. If FFXIV could pull that off I believe that would be enough to push this great MMORPG to the number one spot. After all with all of the player housing the community has shown Final Fantasy XIV that it definitely wants more control than it currently has and by allowing players to create Dungeons and pick which bosses and mobs were in that dungeon at which points it would make the game a lot more enjoyable and a lot of people would be in Duty Finder to either A. create the dungeon themselves or B. to check out the wonderful designs people have made.
