It's been about 10ish days and every day so far I got "Castrum Meridianum" as my MSQ roulette... is it broken or something? I thought that roulette part meant I have a chance to get the other one too, or am I just that unlucky

Well you only have two choices, meaning each time you go in there is a 50% chance you'll get one dungeon or the other. It doesn't care what you had last time, you can't think of it like that.

keep getting Castrum Meridianum that gives only half the exp. that the other one gives.. They need to fix it so they both give the same amount of exp. at the end. I don't give care if one has less cutscenes and is faster. I run MSQ Roulette for the exp. Why should run roulette that forces you watch cutscenes for same exp. that get from leveling roulette. Looks like you have a 95% chance getting Castrum Meridianum. There is no 50% chance of getting the other one.
