    It sucks, but you can always pass on Nunyunuwi and use your time more efficiently. If you're talking about hunts in general, then no. Many hunts have easy triggers that would occur automatically or with little effort if hunters waited until the max cooldown had passed before attempting a spawn.

    One hunter spends a few hours to spawn a hunt, but it wasn't off cd or rng didn't work in their favor, so no pop. A second hunter gets it to pop later with only a few minutes of effort. The first hunter is offline and gets no credit. Similar example that has nothing to do with trolls.

    The amount of detail they went into when pondering the FATE idea, as opposed to others, seemed like they had seriously attempted it but run into the roadblock that FATEs have no spawn condition system (and they can't give them one while busy with 5.0).

    Perhaps they will end up doing something else, but what I gleaned from it is they view that as one of the few solutions they'd actually consider.

    They shot down all the rest, such as increasing the HP because it would stop players from getting credit (even though this only applies to people who don't join a party).

    A pair of generically named, obviously level-skipped players (Using the free shire gear + green ring) suddenly came into being on my server and were going about the whole of the Aether data center and immediately pulling all of the S ranks ASAP whenever they were called last night.

    I'm now thinking it wasn't done for the sake of avoiding queues, but more so they could troll without people being able to identify their main accounts because they were clearly getting information from hunting discords/linkshells that would've kicked them if they knew who they really were.

    The thing is, though, that the pace of hunts is entirely dictated by whoever pulls first. When soloing any A-Ranks and ARR S-Ranks is 100% feasible, even if you were able to get the kind of coordination on a massive scale to get people to resist the prisoner’s dilemma situation with Hunt pulls, 75% of hunt marks being pulled won’t end in a solo player dying. Hunt competition is completely one-sided.

    I don't understand where or when this is happening for the most part. Don't get me wrong - I know it is! Too many people complain about it for it to be an exaggeration.

    However, I've encountered A-rank hunts plenty of times where I shout into the zone for 10 minutes or so AND use party finder AND tell my Free Company, and nobody arrives. Sure, it may just be because I'm a vampire and sometimes play really late at night, but yeah.

    Anyway, you don't have to worry about early pulls from me.

    I had the same thing happen to me when I ran into 2 Rank A hunts while doing a BTN quest in The Lochs. Luckily got them both andIxion as an added bonus. ^^ Also had a tell from another server player mentionin something about a "Hunt Train"?

    Some guy suggested adding a Hunt announcement in server chat, where if a Hunt mark is found a server wide message is launched on your chat box (unless you mute it). Then that A/S Rank have 5 minutes of Invulnerability before anyone can damage it xD.

    That's a core problem with the hunting system, not with server visitation. Personally, I can almost never find a hunt because almost all of the hunting linkshells are full and it's anyone's guess as to which zone you need to wait in in hopes of hearing a hunt location being called out.

    Hunts definitely need some sort of scaling, especially in older zones and maybe a short grace period after spawning before they can be engaged.

    I found it interesting that you cannot gather timed nodes on other servers. It makes sense, they don't want rare items being made too easy to get, potentially losing value and affecting the economy, or stress the servers in ShB so they played it cautious.

    ...But then at the same time Cross-World hunting is fine, gaining thousands of extra tomes and seals with a CWLS, wrecking hunt communities and probably straining the servers a ton when ShB S ranks hit. No caution or restriction. I don't get it. It's like they did this intentionally thinking it would be an improvement.
